Saveclip device diagnostics can detect device malfunctions before pairing or activation.
Note: Device diagnostics can only be run on a Saveclip that has not yet been set up.
To start a device diagnostic:
Connect Saveclip to a power source.
Turn the slide switch to ON.
Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds.
The LED turns blue and begins to fade-blink.
Press the side button three times.
The diagnostic will start automatically.
If the LED turns Green, Saveclip is ready to use.
If the LED turns Red, please contact us and return your Saveclip as soon as possible.
To end the device diagnostic:
Turn the slide switch to OFF.
