A factory reset is a last resort. Unlike simply unpairing the device, all data—including the latest software—will be completely erased. Do not perform a factory reset unless it is truly necessary in one of the following situations:
When you received a Saveclip from someone else and cannot complete pairing
After reading the warning above, if there is no remaining option other than a factory reset and you need to proceed with one, press and hold the side button for 3 seconds, release it, and then immediately press the side button four times.
The factory reset will start automatically.
Once the factory reset begins, the LED will flash red. When the process is complete, the LED will turn off.
