How to FACTORY RESET Saveclip?

Updated today

A factory reset is a last resort. Unlike simply unpairing the device, all data—including the latest software—will be completely erased. Do not perform a factory reset unless it is truly necessary in one of the following situations:

  • When you want to completely erase all stored data before transferring your Saveclip to someone else

  • When you received a Saveclip from someone else and cannot complete pairing

  • When you are renting a Saveclip and need to return it

  • When Saveclip has become completely unresponsive

After reading the above warnings, if you still need to perform a factory reset, press the side button four times, then press and hold it for three seconds on the fifth press. The factory reset will start automatically.
