This may occur if you borrowed a Saveclip from a friend or family member, or purchased a used device, and data from the previous user remains on the device. In such cases, an activation lock is triggered. This is implemented to prevent unauthorized access to the data by someone who may have obtained the device improperly.
In this case, the issue can be resolved by asking the original owner to “Unpair the device.” If the original owner is not you and you are unable to contact them, please consider performing a factory reset.
