The LED blinks yellow (orange) instead of blue when attempting to pair

This may occur if you borrowed a Saveclip from a friend or family member, or purchased a used device, and data from the previous user remains on the device. In such cases, an activation lock is triggered. This is implemented to prevent unauthorized access to the data by someone who may have obtained the device improperly.

You can remove this lock by performing a factory reset.
