Choose a Wi-Fi Network fails.

If you’re unable to select or connect to a Wi-Fi network during setup, please check the following:

  • Make sure your iPhone/iPad, Saveclip, and Wi-Fi router are in the same room

  • Use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz networks are not supported)

  • Move closer to the router to improve signal strength

For best results, we recommend setting up Saveclip in a location where all devices are nearby and the Wi-Fi signal is strong.
