If an Internal Storage Error appears, the following steps may resolve the issue.
1. Restart the device
Press and hold the side button for approximately 3 seconds to restart the device.
2. Fully discharge and recharge the battery
Allow the battery to drain completely until the device powers off, then charge it again.
If the issue persists after trying the above steps, or if you are unable to perform them, we will be happy to provide a replacement device.
