You are eligible for a free replacement only if:
The product was purchased directly from us
The product was used properly and the malfunction was caused by a performance defect not attributable to human factors
The product has not been disassembled, modified, or used in any manner not described in the handling instructions specified by our company
You can provide valid proof of purchase (the purchase confirmation email)
In addition:
Water damage (including accidental washing)
Damage caused by dropping the device
Defects occurring more than 3 months after purchase
are also eligible for a free replacement, limited to once every 12 months.
Customers not subscribed to any plan
You are eligible for a free replacement within 3 months of purchase only if:
The product was purchased directly from us
The product was used properly and the malfunction was caused by a performance defect not attributable to human factors
The product has not been disassembled, modified, or used in any manner not described in the handling instructions specified by our company
You can provide valid proof of purchase (the purchase confirmation email)
