Does Saveclip come with a warranty or repair service?

Customers subscribed to the Savespace Starter, Medium, or Large plans

You are eligible for a free replacement only if:

  • The product was purchased directly from us

  • The product was used properly and the malfunction was caused by a performance defect not attributable to human factors

  • The product has not been disassembled, modified, or used in any manner not described in the handling instructions specified by our company

  • You can provide valid proof of purchase (the purchase confirmation email)

In addition:

  • Water damage (including accidental washing)

  • Damage caused by dropping the device

  • Defects occurring more than 3 months after purchase

are also eligible for a free replacement, limited to once every 12 months.

Customers not subscribed to any plan

You are eligible for a free replacement within 3 months of purchase only if:

  • The product was purchased directly from us

  • The product was used properly and the malfunction was caused by a performance defect not attributable to human factors

  • The product has not been disassembled, modified, or used in any manner not described in the handling instructions specified by our company

  • You can provide valid proof of purchase (the purchase confirmation email)
